I look at it as the perfect opportunity to find self power again. There’s a super power you can only truly find when you’re alone.
You also realize what doesn’t serve you more clearly it allows you to re affirm boundaries.

Their anger, their ignorance and their discomfort, is rooted in their fear. because they know their time is up. Their cultural and structural flaws are showing, stronger now than ever… and the whole world is watching. The entire world has their eyes on us now and they will not be fooled.
let them lash out, let them respond emotionally, let them show their true colors, but stay yourself. Play the long game and use this time to conduct your shadow work. Work on your controlling your emotions. Yes little moth, they’re authentic. Protect your kingdom.

I do this May 1st for what I call May Day, aka Beltaine. We also have a nice fire - Beltaine means “bright fire” and it’s the first day of Summer (ok, in England and Wales, not where I am in the Appalachians, but there you are).

I consider myself akin to the “Galla” or the Genderless ones who entered the Underworld after Inanna. I consider the 7 underworld gates and judges as akin to the 7 chakras and I always love telling others happy easter. Sometimes they respond with “I don’t celebrate easter” and I respond with “thats ok I dont celebrate christmas, but thats the differences that allow us to transcend hate and open our hearts ”

So I had a ritual walk at 3 am Easter morning. Got great Venus photos for Ishtar/Ashtaroth.
I have many spirits that will always be part of my life but some of the most influential has been Ishtar/Astaroth. I use Venus as the planetary sphere of influence or projection. But honestly even after leaving sex work and the industry, she still has a very strong presence in my life and always will.
I don’t have many rings however I’ve accepted her as my current patron for awhile now and I’m almost certain it will remain so for much longer. Forever perhaps.
Especially after beginning this journey of transition I almost feel a sense of belonging to her.
To aid with this connection I finally got a Patron ring. Adorned it on my left hand and it’s not something I do lightly.

Concerning my groups ritual rings there is a common practice (although not sacrosanct) that the left hand is linked to internalizing the demons attributes, initiation, allowing your body as the temple, and the left hand path.
There is symbology for the meaning of each hand and each finger but it’s lengthy so ill spare y’all

oh nice 
they tried really hard to change me when I was in pre K. Slapped the shit out of my hand. but I still do a lot of things left handed. It’s like split depending on the task, but the doctors say theirs a lot more synaps in between my brain hemispheres than the average person because of it.
