Hi, i would like share very simple exercises which come on my mind in meditation. Idk its helped me with 3 eye and get in trance. Its like you lay on bed, like death posture hands next body. But before you put crystal or some lil stone on third eye place. Then close eyes and focus on that stone,crystal whatever it be on 3 eye position. After some time i lost feel of body even feel of stone i didnt feel it anymore on that place. What more helped me was instrumental nice music classic, or indian some nature. Or you can use some song but with unknow language, coz if its lanuage you know your brain will chase words. There is one more deep breath hold 4 seconds,let it out.
