Try it like that but there are better methods. Try several and see which works better like for example to give the target a special name that directly connects your bane magic to that person but you must have had touched his/her body or at least through eye contact and you were like one foot distance away. You can be creative by naming the target emphasyze one of the body characterystics like: Big footed scum… , boney a***d… Stuff like that
