Grasp the contemplation of a paradox, time is existing simultaneously. Past, present, future, all at once. When people say “time is not linear” I find it not a difficult concept to grasp, it’s dimensional. To remove one aspect from a past “time line” is merely a dimension shift for you. You won’t have your vengeunce in this way. But you may find some happiness.
