Couple things come to mind
When I first channeled sigils and couldn’t figure out who / what they belonged to, I asked President Marbas “now what?” He responded “try evoking it.” Strong Intent and desire will help.
You could also scry/automatic write.
Make sure sigil is all you can see nothing in peripheral vision.
either hold pen on pad or make circular motions above paper.
when you connect with sigil the info will flow out of you on to page.
