I thinks it’s expensive considering I can’t find any place you can purchase (legally or illegally) a pdf of the book 
The reviews on Amazon don’t really say much but the author did write several other books, none of which I can find in pdf form either but whose titles and blurbs are curious to say the least.
Hopefully someone who is better read than I will come along with some real information for ya, thusly most of the reason for my comment, so I can get a cute little unread notification and see if anyone knows what’s up with this one.

he made it free on pdf after a while , you can find it online 
I’ve not heard of the book, but evidently he has a blog:
