I suggest to buy E.A. Koetting’s e-book Become a living God. It has good information. In soul travel you should be 100 % in control, but in astral travel it’s more “random” when you get out of body, that’s the basic difference. What I have understood. I am learning soul traveling now. But I’m sure here are more experienced people who can give a hint what to do?
