For at time I have drained the same person daily as a supply to my exercise of my magical muscles. I have wondered what actual happens to the victim? When I ask my pendulum that they will have less energy to drain from the day after it says yes. Can continue draining the person actual lead to their death or will the astral body defend itself by reflex?

Unlikely. The body naturally replenishes itself through food, sunlight, and sleep. It’s practically impossible for you to drain someone to the point of death, even if you could sustain such an attack for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Even parasitic spirits can’t do that.
However, you can drain them to the point of illness. By constantly draining the target of energy, you not only make them susceptible to potential accidents due to fatigue, but you also lower their immune resistance to any viruses or bacteria that they may come into contact with. The regular ol’ flu can kill someone who is immuno-compromised, for example.
