I definitely think you might benefit from a personal diary, you mentioned not being able to tell the difference between energies, sometimes my body will reject a person/situation before my mind does for example and I often don’t realise the symptoms until after the fact may be useful for you to document any changes however big or small 
I’ve never had that problem. I’m hyper aware of my self. I’m so aware of my self that I can’t fully let go of my self, so I can’t do proper astral projection or even partial possessions because I’m too aware of every little thing going on and can’t let go of everything all at once.
When I’m around energies that negatively effect me, I know immediately, then I do what I can to prevent them from affecting me.

Do you know what caused the hyperawareness? To that extent? Can I ask how does that interact with you’re rituals etc I’m interested cause i was of the understanding that remaining aware of everything, not moving you’re mind through time, becoming aware of your surroundings etc can hinder focussing you’re intentions?

The hyperawareness is just how I am. I mean, it started around the time I got out of high school and had to do a lot of deep introspection (I also picked up meditation at this point), and between that and past experiences, I just kinda took full control of my self.
As for how it might affect ritual, it doesn’t really. I can still let go of whatever thoughts or intentions I need to, and I still have a ridiculously high success rate for someone who has only been practicing for 2 years and 4 months. The main thing is that I just do what I need to do to get things done how they need to be done.

Today was number 32, Asmoday.
I was a little concerned, because I wasn’t sure how this one would turn out. I was warned by someone about 32 being a potential problem, but it went well, if strange.
The preliminary parts went as normal, but then the actual evocation happened. Immediately after he arrived, my sacral started to buzz and I got a half-erection. When I asked him if he knew why I called him, he said this long spiel that could be summed up as sex slave. I quickly played the straight-man and told him exactly why I called him, told the terms of the binding, and completed the binding. During the whole thing, I went flaccid, until he had to kiss the ring, and that cheeky fuck knew what he was doing.
The worst part is, he has ridiculous energy control, I didn’t have any muscle seizing at all even though it was a ridiculous amount of energy flowing into the ring.
And as I dismissed him, he gave me a full hard on and chuckled before leaving.

Pentagram is pronounced, it’s gone back to black now ring still looks 3D, there is a clear dark blue/pale blue aura and there are undertones of black within the red aura. I get a feeling of stillness when looking at it now.

Evoked Gaap today.
So the evocation was interesting a bit. Today I was helping a friend with some projection/bilocation exercises and she accidentally vamped my left arm a bit trying to feel it up. Made the evocation a bit strange because Gaap took it as a chance to be hesitant, until I threatened to pull my sword on him. It’s all good though and I understand why he hesitated.
