Does any of you feel the Flames Enter you while you sleep? Or at random times? Like you sleep then feel a INTENSE wave of heat come over you then start sweating type thing.

Actually lately I’ve been feeling the opposite. I’m sleeping absolutely ice cold lately, which is unusual for me. I have been waking atound 2 or 3 AM every morning for several days just shaking and blue

It’s been getting colder in my area now that winter’s coming and despite sleeping in layers of PJ’s and blankets, I’ve been freezing too. I actually used my inner fire, and pictured it igniting my body and burning away the cold feeling. It worked well. Sometimes I’ll use it to burn away achy feelings in my joints too. So maybe you can give it a try if you are still feeling cold.
