Jesus that really creeps me out. Wonder why people hear that or why it’s a secret thing in the game. I remember its in either “Anti-citizen one” or “Follow Freeman” You’re in an apartment and you see in an elevator a TV that shows the G-man on it and that’s what’s said. I’m actually currently playing through the first game again

I have read it yeah. It’s the non-canon but technically supposed to be canon ending to Half-Life 2s episodic series written by Marc Laidlaw. Hence why it’s epistle 3 and not Episode 3
