Hey everyone, I’m starting this thread for everyone to share poetry.

Here’s one of mine:

“Pandora’s Box”

An old merchant

Once came up our street

Peddling rustic jars and silver lamps

And he sold me Pandora’s Box

For two dollars and seventy nine cents

He said never to open it

Unless I wanted the power of ultimate evil for selfish ends

I thought long and hard about my decision

For two seconds

I then ripped the lid off like a band-aid

And consumed the evil fire itself

The devilish power I no longer wield

But am
