Are there any courses out there that discuss how to solidify the astral body of light? Is it in the energy work for the soul travel course that is offered through becoming a living God? What about else when? I am reading kingdoms of slain and it is talking about the astral body of light, but I don’t know how to do that yet. However, it seems to be a requirement to make full usage of the kingdoms of flame by e a koetting

Meditation. There are many on youtube designed just for that.

either meditate or pay someone to activate it. I know a specialist, and she activates many people’s light bodies.

The body I f light is called a Merkaba. There are many meditations for achieving this. If you want a more personal touch contact and Tibetan or Hindu monk. There are tons on the internet. If you want to contact a Hindu monk, I can connect you with one I know.

Who knows? I may eventually take you up on that. My divination and evocation is spot on, but my soul travel sucks right now.
