I like some Baroque composers a lot… Vivaldi is fantastic, Bach has some great stuff too but I find him more mathematical and precisely organized than I prefer, if that makes any sense. Rachmaninoff is about the latest I’ll go as far as modern classical (unless you count film score composers). I’ve tried listening to our local classical station when they play modern symphonies and such and I just can’t get into it.
