A while back, when some members of the forum were being troubled by a rather pesky spirit, using swastikas against it proved effective, so maybe give that a try (use the original swastika, NOT the Nazi version, which actually goes in the wrong direction) or an equal armed cross.
The exorcism banishing from KoF is effecitve, but it does not create a boundary to prevent something from returning.

Do you have any advice to finding out why he’s here? Perhaps if I know that it would be alot simpler to get him to leave. I do have wards up but he slips right through somehow

You could try binding him and forcing him to answer.

I tried using tarot and got back zilch. I dont think he wants to talk to me. I’ll try using a pendulum, I have a rose quartz necklace that can work
Bind him first, before using the pendulum. You need to make him talk to you.

Ever considered , intermittent fasting for 16-20 hours at a time , then you have a window to eat whatever you want , instead of carb cycling
