A tenant absolutely thrashed my unit. The insurancr company Loss Adjuster was totally against me. Most of them are real bastards.
Yesterday, I asked King Belial for his help.
Today the Loss Adjuster is bending over backwards to help me.

King Belial is awesome with this sort of stuff. I had some issues with tenants being arrogant pricks. I asked King Belial for help and now these people are the nicest people on earth! lol. They even bought me a present on their holidays.
