Don’t be scared. You can hurt them while they’re in that state. Here. What you want to do is visualize a white light barrier encapsulating your home/area, as you do this, visualize it blocking out negative magick, astral travelers and negative spirits. Push your energy into this barrier. As you do this, chant “I charge and program this barrier, to do _______” blank can be negative Magick, negative spirits, or astral travelers.
