Tail and wings, meditation for grounding and connection

Here’s an alternative for grounding, centering and connecting.

Picture a long tail coming from the end of your spine. Imagine it coming down to earth.

When you breath in, picture the earth power coming from the earth, through your tail and spine until the top of your head.

When you breath out, picture heavy energy being sent to the earth.

Center by seeing the air coming from your navel.

Feel wings opening like flowers. Imagine all the subtle energy coming from them.

Concentrate them to the heart center. Perform the magick as you usually does. Either through the hands or third eye.

Perform the same exercice at the end.
