Are the subconscious and astral double the same?
The subconscious is part of the brain! The astral double is a projection of your energy, it has an expression from your subconscious but it’s not your subconscious. Thats what i understand

The astral is probably like a projection based on things like the subconscious (beliefs, state of mind, etc) but isn’t the subconscious mind which is a part of the brain.
The astral is the mental from what I understand? So related perhaps.
