Dhjuty/Thoth - there is a spirit who both in the ancient lore and in my firsthand experience likes you to WRITE THINGS DOWN and generally keep excellent notes, and he’s all for the preservation of knowledge. Excellent god, he is - teaches magickal techniques you won’t find elsewhere, as well.

What do you count as memory people? i many times forget what i’m currently doing, because mind is wandering too much on everything possible… Actually even now writing this i had to stop and think “what was i talking about again” and … well now again wait… Oh yeah! i can usually remember past things pretty good thought.
That sounds like mindfulness you need to strengthen, the ability to be totally focused in the present and aware of it without your mind wandering everywhere. It’s a learnable skill. Here’s some starters:

Thanks Eva, although i already failed on your “stop alcoholism” exercise i cant say “i will never drink again” because i obviously will - it would be a lie to say i wont. But i think i can cut it quite much anyways.
Gnosis: Just AP over to Thoth. He’ll be surprised, certainly, but it works similarly to evocation.
Would be interesting to meet Thoth too, and read the tablets… Still haven’t summoned any specific entity. At least i think i don’t have… But i have called too many random entities here thought. I’m just reading through the works of darkness so we’ll see…
