Is it possible for one to control where someone else’s soul goes to once they die?

Personally I think your soul’s journey through the incarnation of this life and reincarnations of future lives is already predetermined from when it began it’s journey and where it goes from there depends on if it has learned the lessons from it’s present lifetime, if that makes sense.
