Does anyone know anything about skinwalkers, the Native Americans I know almost refuse to even talk about them for fear of bad luck, as if it’s calling on them. Apparently the Natives have all kinds of strange folklore about them.

It reminded me of how I learned of a German tradition where people didn’t call the devil by his name, but they invented one so speaking of him wouldn’t “call” on him and bring his presence forth.

I’ve still managed to hear all kinds of stories, but they are strange.

like people going out to find skin walkers to curse people, and very strange results…Their apparent difficulty to track down, and the bad luck that’s associated with trying to find them.

In a skin walker hot spot, I’ve seen all kinds of UFO activity throughout the years, including many that don’t even seem physical in the slightest.

Recently I begun to think about this because of an encounter with a humanoid shadow being in said hotspot, and it made me wonder just what the fuck these things are that seem to roam freely.

These beings seem to be capable of a lot, if I am to understand accounts of them, they can easily do 2 things.

1). They can shape shift and assume any form they want, as if they were animals, or they can even stay humanoid and just be as tall as a telephone pole. 2). They do not walk, they merely hover above the ground seemingly effortlessly and travel by will alone.

They have glowing eyes, and looking into them can have various effects, it seems it’s more than just a hypnotic gaze.

Anything you guys can shed light on for me?

Based on that I would say the path of the skin walker is a bit too harsh for my tastes, the nice thing though is multiple paths can lead to the same place however.

Skin walker ranch is a window area where alot of different things seem to spill into our dimension. The grey alien entity I know said something along the lines of “the matrix is unstable there” when I asked him. In terms of actual skinwalkers being in the area, my guess is that they most likely arent responsible for the window area but probably decided to live there because that sort of area will boost your powers. When I went to Tikal in Guatamala all of my psychic abilities seemed to be boosted 2x above normal. It wouldnt surprise me if that area has similar properties, maybe even better then Tikal.

Yes, i am native as well. We do view it as bad luck, but because if your taught about the history of them then you know what they are and represent. But there are a few tribes that have similar pasts about these walkers. I don’t understand what your asking though.

Well, I really would like to know anything about them. Their history would be great, many of the natives here are too scared to talk about them. For they fear that anyone could be a skin walker, and it is bad luck to be seen talking about them. Many of those who talk, don’t say anything of value, those who know something, don’t talk.

So finding anything out about their history and origin is very elusive. I have found out there is a similar group of shape shifting witches in Japan supposedly, but they go by a different name.

So I’m unsure of what their history is, but it would be nice if you were willing to share what you could as a native. Anything I could know about them, or any resource I could learn from would be appreciated.

I live in a hot spot for this kind of stuff, and I’m just trying to understand what exactly is in my back yard. And having visited their turf, I have seen enough very fucking strange stuff, and I’m just trying to make sense of what I live next to, and the strange things I end up seeing.

Where exactly do you live? Also what are those witches in Japan? I would be interested in finding out more about them.

I live in the southwest, between several haunted areas. I get to See UFO’s a lot, and I live near a reservation, where I’ve had plenty of spectacular sightings of things in the sky. However, I have noticed…Things, causing massive electrical disturbances among other things.

However, I am sorry for my late reply, I have been trying to follow up on my comment on shape shifters in Japan. I think I have to retract that, I was explaining this legend to someone I knew and hadn’t seen in years, and he told me about this. Yeah Shinigami are death entities from japan, I actually have afreind that has one of those. but they don’t have anything to do with skinwalkers or similar phenomena that is unless you want to make the parralell of shapeshifting being a form of death.

Okay, this may not had to do with the subject, tho the entity whom has been refered in this link is capable of shapeshift and seems to be able to do all kinds of weird stuff (bending reality at will stuff)
