I am pretty new to this. I would like some suggestions of things I need to be on the lookout for when trying to connect with deities. Stuff like Synchronicities, dreams, voices etc.? I guess it is dependant on the magicians natural gifts (clairvoyance etc) but how would one go about discovering those gifts?.. I am currently trying to contact Lucifer, if that makes a difference… Any advice would be appreciated, thank you.

Every entity has its on correspondences. Lilith is usually paired with spiders. And dreams dont alaays have meaning on a spiritual level. Now if someone in your dream is like “its me. Im ____” then its maybe a hint to the entity trying to contact you. Other signs are lights flickering. Knocking on the house. I actually had a djinn around me that would tap on my windows at night.

Woah! That’s truly interesting… The things you mentioned about Lilith gave me chills. I simply called out to her one night, asked for a small favor and that lead to a happy fulfilment of my requests, but I get the feeling she is ignoring me now. Or I am just completely oblivious 
I also noticed more arachnid activity recently so that is promising. What are some known offerings she would like?

I havent worked with her qlot but i think she enjoys wine and incense. Im noy sure on blood
I haven’t worked with any deities yet, but I did ask them to help me develop my astral senses first. I have no idea if they do, but it is going quite well. I don’t want to start working with deities when I can’t even sense them yet, it would be quite unfortunate if another being would show up and act as Belial for example lol.
But anyway, just be open, and things will come to you. It can be with dreams at start, voices or ideas in your head, visions… Stuff like that. It’s different for everybody I suppose. I am still a beginner, but I am sharing a bit of my experience

I tried focusing on the astral as well, but no breakthroughs yet… Honestly I have had the fear that it might be an impostor spirit, but the coincidences are very similar to other reports associated with that deity.
I don’t have that fear, I just want to avoid it if possible. But I am glad you didn’t get a bad experience from that
