Hello…
I actually have made a custom ritual template based on some books and I have the plan to use it for this week, I wanted to post the instructions so if there is a mistake or any additional things I might learn from who has experienced working with Dantallion and other demons.
The custom made Ritual consists of 3 phases:
1st is the purification based on Hargrove’s method. Although other authors didn’t mention the need for that but I think it will do good in a psychological way to bring synchronization of intent and mind for a ritual. It will also show the demons our utmost respect and conviction in my opinion.
The purification includes 3 days of avoiding any kind of sexual activity, omitting dinner from the daily diet and being clean. I will also meditate on the sigil and burn sandalwood, frankinsence and blue lotus ( for Dantallion )
Phase 2 is the preparation, on the 3rd day of purification and the next day, I will use pathworking with the demon, not to request but to make rapport with him, while also continuing the purification tasks.
Phase 3 is the Ritual execution, which is the day 5.
After doing the purification tasks, I will cease all activity with anything electronic or anyone, and remain in total silence and concentration for 2 hours before initiating the ritual, to focus on my request and refine it if necessary.
Now after that, I will start the ritual by doing a simple protection ritual which is also from Hargrove’s method.
For the ritual, I will draw the sigil of Dantallion while chanting his name, and I will also initiate the evocation keys for Dantallion tought by Winterfield’s Goetia.
And I’m sure I will feel his presence after all these steps, when I felt his presence, I will request my desire and also do the offerings.
Then bid him farewell and ask him for departure. I won’t banish.
My questions are:
Please highlight any mistakes if you think
and
Please suggest any additional tasks if you’ve experienced with Dantallion which might help creating rapport and better communication with him.
and the final question:
Do I need the ruling shem angel and the emissaries ( three other angelic beings ) to call upon based on Hargrove and Winterfield’s teachings? What if I omit that?
Interesting, will watch this thread to see if someone has something to say, as I don’t use any of books you mentioned - so can’t comment on that - and I pretty much use the method I got straight from Azazel, with modifications when required. I don’t call on angels.
All I can comment on is that “mistake” is not the word to use, as every practicioner has their own method, and putting any stiff “rules” on it will not do any good, unless we want to go all the same like RHP sheep. What works for you might not work for others, and vice versa.
Purification is always a safe bet. Furthermore it can help make your intention more clear to whom you wish to work with as well as show the aforementioned dedication.
I always try to meditate with the demon’s summoning enn before I attempt an invocation, a good 20 or 30 minutes to make sure I familiarize my body with their presence before I go all out ya know? Some sort of pre-familiarity step is always a good idea so bonus points there.
This isn’t entirely mandatory once you get to a certain point in practice. Sometimes listening to music can generally relax you before you invocate which is always a good thing. I’d shorten the 2 hours to 30 minutes or an hour if you do find it necessary personally. You can also recite Leviathan’s enn if you feel stressed or anxious and he will help you relax.
I would specify name into his summoning enn which is:
Avage Ayer Dantalion On Ca
It will help you form a better connection.
Do not ask or demand: Speak as if it has already happened.
When Dantalion comes, thank him and give him your greatest appreciation for doing xyz task. It’s like when you make sigils, you never write your intention in the future tense, you write it in the present.
I’ve never worked with things like these and have never had any block in my work, to me it seems like you got everything down just as you need it.
Not books but you can find enns just about anywhere.
In short: they’re phrases that align us by frequency to a spirit or energy.
Most theological spirits have one, but bear in mind that the mass majority of spirits do not, in which you’ll have to utilize a sigil alone.
The sigil is the greater of the 2 but used in unison you’ll be able to achieve a better and fuller connection.
If you can stomach it… a couple drops of blood on your sigil will also help out a lot as an extra bit of offering/connection forming.
But remember that all offerings are voluntary by nature and will not guarantee success or failure. Think of it more as a “sweetening the deal”.
