Would this grant me powers?

No. You’re not going to get “powers” from a simple tattoo.

It is a symbol of the sorcerer’s magical authority, nothing more. EA has it on his arm, and I believe Nate Bales has it on his chest.

Do you know of any symbols that when tattooed can become a source of power for the operator?

This is completely theoretical. The universal circle symbols for example.

Any symbol can become a source of power if you magically consecrate it as such. However, just getting a tattoo does nothing, and is the equivalent of drawing a seal on paper. It’s nothing but squiggles until brought magically to life.

Yes it can it can be a very charged ‘sigil’ if you want to interpret it that way… there is intent+meaning+symbol+pain+blood =yes it’s actually an ancient ritual for many of our ancestors

I do know that EA opened his friend Nate’s seal when he got the tattoo. So I’m sure you can charge it and all that jazz.
