For me yes. And personally I think it should be a very personal relationship between those with the frame of mind and path before them, yet alternately its only a good idea if the operator is willing to take on its consequences no matter what they are.

Don’t see why not (assuming they’re actually separate entities and Satan isn’t just a title or a separate aspect of Lucifer).
But I’d ask one or the other if they’re cool with it first. Even if some spirits get along, they may not want to work with certain people or anyone at all on certain things.

Belial said that Satan is a title that many hold so they’re not separate entities, more like another aspect of Lucifer.
So you’ll really just be working with another aspect of Lucifer so you’ll be fine.

Sathan, Shaithan, Seth exists as 
Lucifer does. Probably the word Satan is a title for a metagod
