I will write it here- it is in old norse.
F FEMUNIR HITTA TIL EK. MINN AUThIGR IR GROA.
In simple translate it is: F Money come to me. My wealth is growing.
But it is not grammatically correct so it is wery… rusty.

It is not mantra, it is text of runic script for money in old norse.
