I’m moderately experienced with magic but I’d like to curse someone who is really ruining a friend of mine and making him a victim of abuse. I have a physical link to the person so I’m curious how much that would make the spell stronger?
A taglock (physical link) to a person can defintly help in my opinion. It connects you to the target. But the trick is, does this taglock make you feel closer to the target?

Well, In my practice, that is key. I could go into the pscho-mumbo-jumbo of why it isn’t really needed in ritual, but if it makes you feel closer to the target, then use it. I mean, if you seek to sink a dagger, anything that brings you a couple steps closer is key.
