JUST did a bath baking soda, ammonia, sea salt, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, epsom salt and before I did it I did the LBRP and Kabbalistic cross
Lots of psalms to assist too if you’re into that kinda thing
Lots of affirmations and mantras to assist
Finally lots of demons to work with and petition to speedily get out of whatever it is you’re going through
