Random third eye activation?

So sometimes I’m out and about and my third eye will randomly activate, is this normal?

I would say yes, because the body’s energies are always flowing and ebbing naturally during the day. I’d liken it to getting a random erection. It’s just something that happens.

It happens to me all the time too, so the answer is probably yes.
