I don’t know how reincarnation works but let’s say I learn an invaluable lesson/piece of knowledge in this life and have mastered it (In my case it’s nutrition and eating properly) do I carry that into my next life or do I have to relearn everything again
You relearn it, but you may find you have an affinity and it’s comes very easily to you.
