Ra Ma Da Sa Sa Say So Hung

One of the most useful powerful healing mantras is RA MA DA SA SA SAY SO HUNG. If you ever practice Kundalini yoga you most likely do this at each classes end, unless the teacher is retarded. It’s been taught to every kind of person with excellent results right away. It takes a minimum of 3 minutes but I recommend a good 15 minutes. Look it up and explore the Mudra most used while this is done. You will be able to send this energy distantly very easily so it’s pretty kick ass to get to know it.

Just wondering, do you pronounce “Hung” as Hoong or huhng?

Huhng. Vibrate each part. You pull in your stomach a bit at each SA at the Aanahata/heart chakra as well as at HUNG at Sahasrara/crown chakra.
