Spare’s death posture or something similar while gazing at the sigil of intent…u literally are on the threshold between remaining conscious and slipping into unconsciousness… If done correctly, you won’t even realize your staring at the sigil. I don’t know if it has any ill effects but you ought to have something soft beneath u anyway because u will fall. It’s the most ecstatic state next to orgasm. Charging the sigil is a different topic entirely, but ur basically inducing a blood rush from the brain to induce a state of crossing the abyss…You want to be in good physical health to do this…no heart problems, circulation problems, seizures, etc… Chaos Magick offers some really good insights here. You may not get the twin sister, but u may want to do a spell figuring out why you want one…Something in your unconscious is probably stirring and creating this desire.
