Thanks I just bought the book aswell , do I do these things before perfoming the Magick or after it’s done? I’ve done many of these things before with no results all they did was making me obsessed which I absolutely hate

You do this DURING the magick, not before or after. It is sending your intention.
The reason you get obsessed is because you do these exercises outside of your ritual chamber. Don’t think of the target when you’re not doing spells! I mentioned that before in my other post. Put all your thought of him into the spell itself. Outside of the ritual room, he doesn’t exist until he shows up wanting to date you. Other than that, FIND OTHER GUYS and FORGET HE EXISTS. Don’t dwell on your magick - it’s like work, don’t take your work home with you. Leave work at the office.
you are right that was exactly what I was doing that made me obsessed, it was also the law of attraction teachings that say keep visualising until it happens without any instructions on how long for
