Before I got into the occult I meditated. At the time meditation was odd and I didn’t know what to expect. First couple of times I did it and nothing happened, but I didn’t know at the time I was supposed to train my mind. After that couple of attempts I went into a grey box. The walls were giving off a little smoke but that’s all that was in there(and me). I would just sit in this box every time I meditated. Now that I learned more about meditation I just didn’t go into this box while meditating. But recently I’ve been reading on astral temples and how they can help. Can I turn this room into a temple?
I don’t see why not. If it doesn’t work out you can make a new one.
