Is it possible for an entity to block you from connecting to any other sigil?
Possibly - I would be more concerned about the probability of unfinished or unclosed portals or doors from your last works if another spirit is hindering your work with other beings and sigils.

Always set those parameters when working with them that they must leave and return to the place they were once your work is complete.
I have a book of activated sigils that are returned each time I am finished with the commune or work
