He’s talking about this forum. Back when the evocation course was first released 7 or 8 years ago, the forum was hidden behind account access and wasn’t accessible to the public like it is now. EA was on here regularly back then to answer questions. He does still drop by every so often, and read posts but not quite on the same level of frequency as before.
