I’ll keep it short - for the past 9 months I have been taking prescribed anti-depressants and mood stabilizers. I needed them, as I fell down and incredibly large hole in my heart.
I do notice however that I dream far less, and I lucid dream/astral project far less. I wonder what people’s opinions are on prescription meds such as these hindering Magickal workings and progress?
Note* I’m not intending to just ditch my meds so no need to refer me to professional help etc etc. I have plenty of it and they are wonderful people.
