I would suggest looking up present moment awareness
Hathor may assist you in feeling good about yourself, she did wonders for me when I was a mess and sliding into bulimic behaviours, years ago, objectively I looked fine on the outside but wasn’t feeling so great.

Speaking of Hathor she really ignited the fire in my candle today… I never have seen a candle with such a big flame and soo… purplely beautiful.
That… and that big ass candle went from top to button in ten minutes.
