Is it good idea playing enn on loop while doing those things? I don’t wanna be disrespectful

It won’t be disrespectful. Try it and if it helps and you like it, keep doing it, if it doesn’t you can stop.
Trial and error - you must try things to find your own way.

Enns aren’t just for invocation or evocation ritual use. I’ve used them to help tap into the spirit of the Deity and also as a way of honoring the Deity.
If I feel as if there’s a Deity I feel has an interest in something going on and I want to recognize that (feeling specifically that it isn’t time to evoke them just yet), I would use the enn as an acknowledgement to them.
