Hello, I’m doing the mantra AUM HRRAH AHMM HRREEMM HRRAHUMM SAHUU SUUURRYAH YAY NAH MAH for the Square of the Sun in the hours if the Sun with clear crystal quartz to help me with the counting and also kind of store that energy and I’m exhausted do you think I could be doing something wrong?
Not necessarily doing something wrong, but perhaps you are overloading yourself with the energy, and because your body isn’t used to it, it exhausts you instead of vitalising you.
How long have you been doing it?
