Not everybody gets help.
Much never get contact.
Others get help from much entities…

I think it depends on a few things. But like ur will/willpower is an important thing. And i guess some people are more gifted or some have been in touch with them since they were a child. If that makes sense haha. Im sorry btw if im totally wrong but thats my assumptiom
