I’ve been very inspired recently by the idea of patron demons. Obviously as I see my path before unfolding more and more it looks like I am moving partly in the direction of Demonolatry. (Among other things. I never could follow only one path in life.) Anyway I want to begin to seek out my patron. Yes I know this could and should actually take a long time, probably several years. I know there is no timeline for finding one and of course everyone has a different one, not one is better than any other really. And also I believe that they choose us more than us choosing them.
What I’m not yet sure of though is how does one begin to really look for their patron demon? Is it enough to first put the idea out into the universe that I want to and then seek the first signs that eventually come back? To of course work with several of them, to read up on any that catch our interest and learn and learn and find that connection? I’m becoming increasingly convinced that the seeking is a much part of the point, as the eventual realization.
Those of you who use patrons, how did you do this?

What exactly,is a patron?A spirit that I’m in a pact with,I’m gonna say that the closest thing I have to a demonic patron atm is Baba Yaga,although,she’s more of a matron right?
And she is rather demonic,in the sense that she is adversarial,has a lot of power,has a lot of knowledge,etc.
And even then,she’s only been in my life for a few days or so.
I think i found my patron Demon. I meditate and asked who my spirit protector was. I cleared my mind and asked a lot of times. Then i just resived some words and names. At last the name Venus came to mind. And later the name Barbatos several times. I never think of him and did not know he was connected to venus. So this hole operation diden’t take long for me. Just some minuters of my time.
