This is where you don’t actually leave your body, but your mind brings you to other locations.

Yes, partial projection of any kind simply means you’re aware of your physical surroundings while also projecting, and ever so often your able to snap back into a projection while physically capable of snapping back to doing your daily routine. Remote viewing isn’t a projection so to speak, remote viewing is just that viewing something without actually projecting.

During remote viewing can a practitioner move around use weapons?
remote viewing isn’t leaving your body, it’s just projecting your senses out not an energy body, so no you’re just viewing a location in real time not interacting with it.
