There are. E.g. Studio arcanis or the fool speaks. There are many occult forums on net.

There’s SpellsofMagic but I don’t really recommend it, it was more popular in 2013-15 but I never found any good stuff there like I do here, I don’t know how it is now but not so long ago there was a lot of toxic people there.
