But how to use sexual energy or orgasm to develop the senses or the Chakras or even skills necessary for magic?

Look into sex magick and tantra!
To clear your chakras and develop them the energy raised sexually has to be directed from the root to the head going through the chakras one by one! No orgasm required here, just moving the build up energy without releasing it.
If you wanna cast something then gather the energy to the 3rd eye and visualise a glowing ball carrying your intentions, then with orgasm release it outwards, or to a sigil if you prepared one.

In qigong this is a form of nei gong (internal energy training). Mantak Chia has several books on it.
You basically bring up the energy to the upper dan tan to nourish and build your spirit.
