Lesson five to do the exercise as above but to vibrate god names, first your own.
When I did this it felt like something shifted from the back of mind to move to the front, like something sleeping became awake/aware.
Next was to vibrate El Shadai three times, doing this caused my skin to have the sensation of dragon scales moving. Shifting into a different position.
After that, vibrate Yod He Vav He three times. This caused a warm sensation to run up my spine
Next was to vibrate Sat Nam once. Which cause my skin to feel hot.

LESSON SIX
Sphere of white light
Lesson six is to kneel facing east , arms raised above your head fingers forming steeple and pull white light into your being.
As I did this it was like an electrical current going through my fingers into my body. Like lightening was striking my fingers and running through my body.
Lowering arms up until all ten fingers touched the ground, the white light/current surrounded me. For me it pulsated with with energy and white electricity 
( After completing this the palms of my hands feel like electricity is in them)

Tonight 11/14/24
I went through all the steps again, the mist for 5 minutes, the pendulum for five minutes. Consecrating the candles in order again. Vibrating Sat Nam and forming the sphere of light around me.
The sphere was white and inside the bubble with me was a yellow flame that wrapped around me but didn’t touch me. It seems to move and sway of its own.
I accept the first flame.

It’s past the allotted time frame for me to fix it.
