What’s the average lead time for orders?
I placed an order on April 8th. USPS label was created on April 14th but it has not been dropped off to the post office. Just wondering if that’s the norm.

Yes twice.
It took almost a month for me to get the heathen, unfortunately all you can do is contact the help desk. For me it was an issue of them getting their shipment in late
Sounds like what’s happening to me!
Well at least it was not just me who got theirs late.
