On Opening a Magickal Square

Some of you have mentioned opening Abramelin squares… I take it that you’ve drawn the squares in question, then gazed at them, meditated on the letters, their meaning (if known) and your intentions until the squares “opened themselves up” on a metaphysical level. Is that correct?

Also… Have you ever proceeded to charge such squares through chanting or any other method (as you would other types of sigils etc.)?

This makes me think of the eye-opening ceremony performed by some Nichiren Buddhists in order to activate the Buddha nature of a Gohonzon, a sacred parchment they chant to.

Squares can be activated in the same way that you activate or open a sigil.

That’s interesting…I wonder if I’ll feel the entities power more if I chant/sing its name etc.?

I have found that chanting the name or the enn has brought,
about good results when I use it.

I don’t think there is a more powerful way. Once it is activated it is at the maximum potential.

I followed instructions on opening squares, then completely forgot about the squares (no lust for results). I constantly apply for jobs etc. but last time I checked I had no money at all.

This is why I always end up asking for magickal help. Any more advice on using those squares?

I opened the square for money as well and was wondering instead of forgetting about it maybe keep it on you?Like in your pocket maybe.
