There is an breath exercise in Initiation into hermetics.

  1. Write down the traumas, bad habits (whatever you want the change) in yourself to a paper

  2. Select one of them. Write opposite statement of that trauma (or a phrase which assumes that trauma “already healed”) you selected. This phrase will be your intent

  3. Fertilize the air around you with this intent, with the help of imagination

  4. Breath in this “fertilized” air, and then imagine the energy of this fertilized air passed to your blood.

(Bardon, writer of the book, talks about the correspondences of human parts to different elements. The blood correspondence to “Ether” , which has direct link to mental plane. Mental plane consumes this energy to create change. Logic behind this exercise is this)

  1. Continue to 3. and 4. steps until its healed. It can even take 2-3 week if you are a newbie.

  2. Do the same exercise to other unwanted traumas, habits until all traumas or habits which triggering to OCD (or depression) are neutralized. And you can create a new habits or character traits through this method
